History
Originally founded in 1994 by Marcel Pelletier and Leon Hebert, M&L General Contracting Limited has steadily grown from a small scale builder to the fast growing full service construction provider it is today. Under Marcel Pelletier’s leadership (1994 – current), the company quickly began to take on larger projects and expand from only a few employees at the company’s inception to over 75 employees today.

M&L General Contracting Ltd. intends to become a leading producer and provider of quality driven construction services, using its portfolio of products and on-site construction capabilities to differentiate its product offering. The company’s primary financial goals are to maximize capital, which can be allocated toward growth initiatives that will drive long-term stakeholder value. Through sustainable strategic actions M&L General Contracting Ltd. can provide employment positions and products that will benefit its customers, employees, suppliers and the communities to which the organization operates within.
